My Archrival Is Somehow Staying Alive by Sucking My Energy

In the fiercely competitive city of Yunzhou, Su Xiaotang, the "delivery-food aficionado" designer at Spark Studio, and Lu Chengyu, the "black-coffee fanatic" director at the Innovation Alliance, are renowned in the industry as sworn rivals. Every time they clash, Su Xiaotang gets thoroughly crushed by Lu Chengyu, and in private she's called him "Lu the Workaholic" countless times. But who could have guessed that an argument over a table with a charging port would accidentally make them "energy symbionts"? Su Xiaotang became Lu Chengyu's exclusive energy source. Whenever her emotions fluctuate or she focuses on work, he absorbs her energy, and if he leaves her, his energy runs critically low.

Forced into a "bond," the two go from disliking each other to accommodating one another. To preserve her energy, Su Xiaotang tries hard to be an "emotionally stable wage slave." To "stay alive," Lu Chengyu has no choice but to eat takeout with Su Xiaotang and listen to her complaints. As they spend time together, they gradually discover sides of each other that no one else knows: "Lu the Workaholic" is actually a kind-hearted big shot who quietly helps people, while the "little scatterbrain" Su Xiaotang has a tenacity that refuses to admit defeat.
