You Call This Feng Shui?

Chen Guan is a feng shui master from a family with a long tradition, nearly starving to death in the modern world. Then the head of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project team comes to his door, begging him: "Master, every time we dig this tunnel, it collapses. Could you check whether we've disturbed a dragon vein?"

Chen Guan points at the construction plans. "It's nothing major. You just dug into an ancient ferocious beast's pillow, and it's a bit grumpy about being woken up."

From then on, he becomes the national infrastructure program's "human lightning rod." High-speed rail routes, nuclear power plant locations, dam renovations... It all comes down to what he says.

When Western media mock our supposedly "superstitious" choices of construction sites, Chen Guan quietly pulls out the certificate the state awarded him: "Scientific Consultant for Special Contributions."

Does science end where metaphysics begins? No. Under my guidance, the national team is turning metaphysics into a cutting-edge science that can be measured, verified, and applied!
