A Symphony on Victoria Harbour

[Complete] [Hong Kong drama vibes × sunny heroine × cold-on-the-outside, warm-on-the-inside hero] At their first meeting, Yu Siqiao was giving a statement as a witness to a fall-from-a-building case. She asked if they could wrap up as soon as possible, since she had a meeting that afternoon. “Miss, we have procedures to follow.” “Then could you ask the questions a little faster?” In response to her urging, Lin Xinglang, an inspector with the West Kowloon Regional Crime Unit, sped up his questions and snapped his pen cap shut with a stony expression. [She is the heiress of a wealthy Singaporean family; he is an inspector who grew up in a Hong Kong village house.] Later, he asked, “If one day you decide you like Hong Kong, would you stay?” “Maybe.” He asked no more. He simply waited: waited for her to decide, waited for her to make her choice. [Heroine Yu Siqiao × Hero Lin Xinglang] Two people from different worlds meet, like a sonata: drawing closer, entangling with each other, and healing one another along the way. The story is grounded in realism. Come share your reviews.
