A Mortal Body Shatters Hongmeng

Deep in the mines, the stone-cutting slave Chen Chen is a laborer regarded by the mine owner as “less than dust.” Born with the “Hongmeng Shattered Spirit Body,” his spiritual energy dissipates as soon as he tries to draw it in. A scout from an immortal sect mocks him as “dust, not even fit to be called a good-for-nothing.” No one knows that the black iron chisel he has painstakingly worked on day and night has half a “Primordial Stone of Chaos” embedded in it. Nor do they know that within his scarred body sleeps a remnant soul of an ancient “Heaven-Opening Craftsman.”

After a cave-in buries him, his blood soaks the chisel as he lies near death. The craftsman’s remnant soul awakens, and the Art of the Dust Body Shattering Chaos floods his mind. From then on, Chen Chen wields his chisel as a weapon and uses mine rock as a shield, pursuing the path of creation with his shattered spirit body.

The elders of the immortal sect laugh that “a body of dust can never shatter chaos”? He swings his chisel and splits the rock, tempering ordinary iron into a blade that can withstand immortal swords. The demons covet spirit stones and ambush him? He turns the veins of the mine into a formation, and torrents of earth and rock crush their camp. When the chisel reflects the words “Heir of the Heaven-Opening Craftsman,” Chen Chen finally understands: this journey to immortality is both the rise of a body of dust and the reopening of chaos. Watch as the chisel slave grips his hammer and smashes through the barriers of heaven and earth, breaking chaos with his dust-born body!
