The Commoner's Divine Court

Lin Feng, a weaver in a remote border town, is a poor young man whom the neighbors dismiss as “a hopeless case.” Born with a “mixed spirit root,” his spiritual energy went haywire when he tried to draw it in, and the immortal sect’s recruiting master branded him “a waste of spirit rice.” No one knows that the ancestral shuttle he fingers day and night holds half a fragment of the “Heaven-Weaving Brocade.” Nor do they know that these calloused hands conceal a remnant soul of the ancient “Weaving God.”

While delivering cloth one day, he rescues an orphan girl being bullied by immortal sect disciples, only to be beaten and thrown off a cliff. As he lies near death, his blood soaks the shuttle, awakening the Weaving God’s remnant soul. The Cloth-Clad God-Defying Art floods his mind. From then on, Lin Feng uses his shuttle as a weapon and threads as talismans, cultivating the God-Commanding Path against the odds despite his mixed spirit root.

The immortal sect elders laugh at him: “A commoner in cloth could never enter the divine court!” He sweeps his shuttle, drawing threads that harden into armor and stand firm against immortal soldiers. Demons covet the brocade fragment and ambush him? He turns cloth into a formation, and a web of threads shreds the demonic mists. When the shuttle reveals the words “Heir to the Weaving God,” Lin Feng finally understands: this journey to godhood is not only a commoner’s rise, but also the restoration of a divine throne. Watch as a weaver takes up his shuttle and weaves a path to heaven, commanding the divine court in commoner’s clothes!
