Starlit Bamboo Path [Yi Yangqianxi X Me]

[Super sweet, sweet all the way through, childhood friends, Yi Yangqianxi x You]

[Note: This is entirely fictional. Don't take it seriously. Please don't criticize if it's not your thing; just read it as a romance novel.]

You and Yi Yangqianxi grew up as childhood friends in an old Beijing hutong, sharing milk candies and leaving lights on for each other. When he pursued his dreams in the entertainment industry, you quietly stayed by his side. Later, you both entered an arts school and made your way through show business together.

From the butterflies of secret dates to sweet moments on variety shows and looking out for each other on the red carpet, you finally confessed your feelings while working together on a romance film and went public, receiving a flood of blessings. When he became a director, he invited you to star in his film. On the twentieth anniversary of your first meeting, he proposed on the roof of your old home. Even after getting married, you kept up your sweet routine of leaving a light on and making hot soup, turning your childhood friendship into a lifetime of starlight and everyday domestic bliss.
