GGAD: Ashes and Honey, HP

A GGAD fanfic

When Grindelwald and Dumbledore are both reborn with memories of their past lives, the wizarding world gains its most contradictory “arbiter of order.”

Out in the world, he is a ruthless ruler in bloodstained black robes, his gaze cold as ice. He purges the remnants of dark magic with an iron fist and intimidates wizards across the globe single-handedly. One remark, “I never make the same mistake twice,” is enough to make the council tremble.

At home, he is a “big puppy” who clings to the doorframe begging for praise, a childish fool who hides macarons as bookmarks, and a haughty sulker who pouts because Dumbledore forgot how sweet he likes his pumpkin. Most of all, he is a possessive lover who hides his fear of seeing Dumbledore hurt behind a wall of Fiendfyre.

A tale weaving together a world-shaking reign and tenderness revealed beneath the armor. Watch as the former Dark Lord builds a wall around himself before the whole world, yet bares his vulnerability to just one person. This time, he wants to win more than the wizarding world: he wants to win back Albus, the man he lost for half a lifetime.

P.S. I write whatever comes to mind, so please don't flame me if it's not your thing. Feel free to move along. I hope everyone is happy and healthy every day, and wins five million in the lottery.
