Signals of the Heart: Beneath the Stars

Top-tier star Wang Yibo is invited to join an elite dating reality show called Heartbeat Station. Moving into the “Heartbeat Villa” with him are several friends from the entertainment industry and a number of top female guests from different fields. Among them is Lin Yueyao, a gifted fashion designer who graduated from one of China’s leading universities. Her distinctive, easygoing manner and exceptional talent quickly draw everyone’s attention.

On the show, Lin Yueyao reveals two very different sides of herself. At work, she is quick-witted, exacting, and endlessly creative. When leading a design assignment, she commands the room with her presence, earning everyone’s admiration for her professional ability and impressing Wang Yibo as well. In everyday life, however, she is a genuine scatterbrain, with a terrible sense of direction who is always losing things or forgetting them. This adorable contrast makes her all the more genuine and lovable. Wang Yibo is first drawn to her talent, but before long he finds himself paying attention to her and quietly taking care of the little mishaps in her daily life. As they take on team challenges and go on one-on-one dates, the two gradually grow closer.

Together, they face the show’s challenges and outside turmoil. Lin Yueyao uses her formidable professional expertise to defuse crises, while Wang Yibo supports her with sincerity and unwavering resolve. Two entirely different souls, a top-tier star who longs to be genuine beneath the spotlight and a talented designer who is devoted to her craft yet simple and pure in her everyday life, experience an evenly matched spark of romance under the glare of the cameras. In the end, they weave a love story that transcends their different worlds, built on mutual admiration and healing.
