Helian Ying and Yunzhu: The Exiles of the Sea of Sand

Deep in the Mengzhong Desert, Helian Ying and Yunzhu guard the oasis left by their ancestors and its ancient secret.

The great guild, the Ironblood Alliance, storms in. Its leader, Tu Baicheng, fails to seize the treasure and kidnaps Yunzhu instead.

Helian Ying activates the “Quicksand Labyrinth,” sealed away for a thousand years, and dozens of invaders are swallowed in an instant.

Tu Baicheng blows up the oasis’s “water eye” with explosives, bringing its water supply to the brink of exhaustion.

The elders of the surviving people sacrifice their lives to reactivate the ancient mechanism, restoring the oasis. With their last breath, they reveal the truth about the treasure:

“The so-called skill book is, in fact, an ancient ecological code that maintains the balance of the desert…”

During the final battle, Tu Baicheng falls into the quicksand, but at the last moment he grabs Yunzhu by the ankle.

The yellow sands whirl around them as Helian Ying’s arrow points at the center of Tu Baicheng’s brow.
