Livestream: Since Becoming a Girl, I've Been Gabbing About the Latest Gossip Every Day

Synopsis of Live Patrol, up to the latest chapter

Meng Yiyi, a rookie policewoman, is actually the daughter of Meng Po, the underworld’s tea-serving deity, and Zhong Kui, King of Hell. She carries the bloodline of the Goddess Wa and serves as an “Underworld Patrol Censor” in the mortal realm. A growing source world is taking shape within her, and she has the supernatural ability to control space and time. With a System that gathers emotional energy through livestreams, she teams up with Leng Yifeng, a light-and-dark ability user with a “hatred of women” who can accept her and her alone. Together, they form Special Action Team Two and handle bizarre supernatural incidents across the country.

Each member of Team Two has their own specialty: Lin Fan and Song Xiaoya, a married couple with super-speed and precognition; Song Shuhang and Yan Xuefeng, a married couple specializing in absurd judgments and seals; Yan Gangxiong and Rose Night, a married couple with beast transformations and wood poison; Zhou Haomiao and Qin Xiaoyan, a water-and-fire duo; Feng Ling and Lei Ming, a married couple with space-rending storms and thunderous lightning; Ma Lingyun and Su Banxia, with light-based transformations and physical enhancement, and more. They are close companions as well as reliable fighters. As the team travels around the country, they mediate gang disputes, help a river god find a new job, take in and purify a microbial colony called “Azhai,” and even uncover the secret of the “incense gods” behind Guan Yu’s divine manifestation.

As they venture deep into the snowy plateau, Meng Yiyi accidentally triggers the appearance of the Queen Mother of the West’s lost palace and learns that her mother, Meng Po, is in fact a supreme being jointly created by Houtu and the Goddess Wa. She inherits the palace and merges with its grotto-heaven core, causing her strength to soar. The team also trains and grows stronger there, and their bonds grow ever closer. Now, this team that moves between the worlds of the living and the dead while upholding special law and order has become a crucial force relied upon by the nation. Their story continues on a journey full of wonders and warmth.
