Kamen Rider Agito: The Evolutionary Crossroads

When the “power of light” awakens around the globe like a plague, humanity is suddenly thrust onto an evolutionary path toward self-destruction. Panic tears society apart. Angels raise the blade of eradication, while humanity itself slides toward the abyss, caught between oppressive control and the extreme belief that the Awakened should rule.

Natsume Yu, an ordinary young man who once studied social crises, unexpectedly becomes Kamen Rider Socius. After witnessing the collapse of order, he awakens a unique ability in this shattered world: sensing and guiding the human heart. Refusing to become either a ruler or a destroyer, he struggles to maintain a sanctuary called the “Cocoon” and searches for a path to coexistence amid the ruins of the quarantine zone.

Ahead lie the angels’ icy revelations, the cruel order planned by the shadowy mastermind known as the “Oracle Institute,” and the endless darkness born of humanity’s fear. Is Socius’s power a thread that can stitch wounds together, or a blade that tears souls apart? When former comrades become enemies and his faith in protecting others teeters on the brink of collapse, Natsume Yu must face the ultimate question: On an evolutionary path spiraling out of control, can humanity reclaim the right to choose its future?

“Power should not be a blade that tears us apart, but a thread that stitches us together… even if that thread is fragile.” This is Socius’s belief, and the last glimmer of hope for humanity as it struggles to survive in Age of Light Erosion.
