No One Loves Me: Miss Hedgehog

A secret marriage that feels like a shackle, and a calculated smear campaign. When the whole world says she is unloved, she chooses to let go, and only then does the man who watched coldly from the sidelines begin to panic.

The marriage between Lin Yilin and He Youze began as an unspoken family alliance. No wedding rings, not even a marriage certificate: she was Mrs. He in name, but in reality she was an outsider.

In this family, her sister-in-law, He Jingyan, sees her as a thorn in her side. They are the same age, and Lin Yilin has always been the model child everyone else is compared to. Her excellence is like a thorn lodged in He Jingyan's heart. Convinced that Lin Yilin schemed her way into her brother's life, He Jingyan makes things difficult for her at every turn. She even tries her best to bring her senior, Cheng Cheng, and He Youze together, hoping to push Lin Yilin out. After graduation, they both join Tangfeng Architecture, and the workplace becomes a second battlefield. Shut out, treated with icy disdain, and framed, Lin Yilin has to tread carefully at every step.

The final straw comes while He Youze is away on a business trip to Japan. Cheng Cheng accuses her of stealing, and He Jingyan flies into a rage, slapping her hard in front of everyone. That single slap shatters all the restraint she has shown.

Clutching her burning cheek and looking at the cold or mocking faces around her, she finally understands: no one in this world cares about her. Her husband in name has never once stood up for her.

After despair comes indifference. She stops explaining and struggling, calmly packs her bags, and vanishes from this cold arranged marriage for good.

When He Youze hears the news, he loses control, cuts his trip short, and rushes back home. All he finds is an empty room and a goodbye note tucked beneath the corner of the table.
