Cicada Song and Lines of Poetry

Amid September's cicadas and warm sunshine, book-loving Su Tang meets Lu Chen, a math prodigy, through a copy of Stray Birds and an exquisite ginkgo-leaf bookmark. Their paths cross more and more often, from the flustered touch of fingertips in the classroom, to the cozy companionship of the library, to romantic strolls down the old city's Ginkgo Lane. Lu Chen brings Su Tang annotated notes between classes and quietly gives her throat lozenges when she catches a cold. Su Tang shares newly discovered poetry collections with Lu Chen, and they find common ground in the world of words. Ginkgo leaves bear witness to their youthful, sweet affection, and every interaction becomes like a bookmark tucked into the memories of their youth. But the road to growing up is not always smooth. Academic pressure and family obstacles quietly appear. Can they stay true to themselves and walk hand in hand as they pursue their dreams, allowing their ginkgo-bright love to keep blossoming?
