Wind Festival Sea Route: Blade of the Wild Gale

The fire at Ohara still burns in his dreams.

Ai Li clutched the fragment of a scroll to her chest and watched the man swinging his sword on deck. Fengji, the “monster who can cut down a storm” in Cassius’s words, was now being torn apart by the backlash of his wind markings, yet he laughed wildly. “Again! I haven’t had enough!”

She thought he was a madman who knew nothing but fighting, until one day she saw him crouch at the bow, gently supporting an injured seagull with a blade of wind. Then, when the Cult of the Eroding Sea sent a wave of poisonous fog surging toward them, the blue markings on his arm suddenly became a wind shield that blotted out the sky. “Nobody touches my ship!” he roared.

From Windbreath to the Seat of Divine Wind, from a madman consumed by his bloodline to a legend in harmony with the wind, Fengji’s blade pointed at the Cult of the Eroding Sea’s leader as thunder split the sky in the final battle. “You want to seize the Divine Realm? Then I’ll show everyone that freedom is the wildest wind of all.”

The sails snapped in the gale as Ai Li opened a fresh page in her journal. “Today, a new legend was born on the Grand Line: Fengji, the Blade of the Mad Gale.”
