Transmigrate to Heal the Heart

Lin Ruru is a seasoned health management consultant in the modern world. With her professional expertise, she excels at nutritional planning and psychological counseling, helping countless people improve their health. But fate has other plans: a bizarre car accident unexpectedly sends her back to the Qing dynasty.

When Lin Ruru first arrives in the Qing dynasty, the antiquated surroundings and unfamiliar etiquette leave her bewildered. Before long, however, her keen eye reveals that everyone, from the rich and powerful in sprawling mansions to ordinary people on the streets, faces all kinds of health problems. The palace consorts are physically and emotionally frail after years of repression and an unhealthy diet, while commoners suffer from illness and malnutrition.

Determined to put her expertise to work in this feudal dynasty, Lin Ruru cleverly combines modern nutrition with traditional Chinese medicine to create distinctive meal plans for people, and uses psychology to comfort those whose spirits are shackled by feudal rules. Along the way, she meets and comes to know a gentle, refined prince, while facing doubts and obstruction from various factions. Lin Ruru refuses to back down. Can she make her own place in the Qing dynasty, and what kind of legend will she write on this extraordinary journey through time?
