Ne Zha 3: Battle Against Heaven and Earth

“I am Nezha, the Third Prince. I can slay demons and write poetry. I’ve come here today to punish evil, so you monsters better prepare to die.” “I’ve always taken life and death in stride, and I’ve never been one to obey Heaven. My fate is mine to decide, not Heaven’s. I’d rather become a demon than an immortal.” “Rolling thunder makes me so scared, it blasts me until I’m covered in crumbs. I break through the tribulation and laugh out loud. I defy fate and change my destiny, blowing my trumpet: toot toot, toot-toot-toot.” “If I become a Buddha, there will be no demons in the world. If I become a demon, what can the Buddha do to me?” “Whether you’re a ‘demon,’ a ‘monster,’ or an ‘immortal,’ you’re all my children. Every day I spend with you is a happy one.” “I’ve given way again and again, but they still want our lives. Since they still want our lives, then we’ll risk them and fight back!” “I don’t care whether I live or die. I just want you dead.” “I’m a demon, so what?” “Do you really think you can change the world? I want to try.”
