Ne Zha 3: The Demon Child’s Investiture of the Gods

A thousand years after the Investiture of the Gods war, the rules of the Three Realms have collapsed and the workings of fate are in disarray. After the demonic energy within him mutates, Nezha unexpectedly awakens the ability to foresee the future and glimpses a catastrophe that will destroy the Three Realms. At the same time, a mysterious stone tablet engraved with the truth behind the Investiture of the Gods appears, exposing a shocking conspiracy behind the Investiture List: it was not ordained by fate, but a shackle imprisoning the gods. To stop the catastrophe, Nezha forms the "Investiture Special Operations Team." Together with Ao Bing, Lei Zhenzi, Deng Chanyu, and others, he sets out to defy fate and change the future. They venture into the depths of memory and uncover the truth behind the fall of the ancient gods; fight a bloody battle at the Immortal-Slaying Platform to seize the key divine artifact that can rewrite the Investiture List; and face the combined forces of Heaven, the Underworld, and the remnants of the Jie Sect. As the truth comes to light, Nezha discovers that his origins are closely tied to the stone Nuwa used to mend the sky, and that the current world of the Investiture of the Gods is merely the testing ground for the eighth cycle of reincarnation. In the final battle, Nezha reforges the Heavenly Dao with the Chaos Green Lotus Formation, breaks the Investiture List's hold, and grants all living beings the right to choose for themselves. Yet just as he becomes the new Heavenly Dao and guardian of the Three Realms, he receives a mysterious signal from a higher dimension... This is an epic battle over fate, freedom, and the advancement of civilization. In his own way, Nezha will rewrite the laws of the Investiture and usher in a new mythic age.
