I Transmigrated into Warhammer, but I’m a Star River Guardian

The First Day as Governor: Is This Starting Situation a Little Too Hellish? Other people transmigrate with a golden finger. I got a Stellaris System. Sounds decent, right? Until I found out I was the governor of a planet about to be overrun by orks, with a giant green cannon pointed right at my head. The System panel glowed an alarming red: “Minerals: -12,000. Food: -8,700. Ork offensive: ∞” Me: “...Can I restart?” Who gets it? I transmigrated into Warhammer 40K as a planetary governor. First the orks tear my place apart, then the Mechanicus might burn me as a heretic, and the next thing I know my head could get smashed in. Help, please. I'm in a real hurry.
