Warhammer: Disciple of the Emperor

Thirty thousand years ago, he was the Emperor’s sole personal disciple. Psychic energy surged through him like a tsunami, on the verge of devouring everything. He chose to seal himself away, locking within his body a power capable of destroying planets and sinking into slumber. Thirty thousand years later, the Great Rift tore the galaxy apart, and the Imperium of Man stood on the brink of extinction. Upon the Golden Throne, the Emperor murmured: “Awaken, my child. The Imperium needs you.” Mo Zhu opened his eyes to find the world utterly changed. The loyal Primarchs were dead or missing, traitors ruled the Warp, the Tyranids devoured star systems, and the armies of Chaos swept across the galaxy. And the psychic power that had lain dormant within him for thirty thousand years was stirring. Rallying the lost legions, salvation across the timelines, and a fight against the Chaos Gods and xenos invasions… Only then did he understand what kind of burden the Emperor had placed upon him when he took him as his disciple.
