After I Married the Water God, My Childhood Sweethearts Both Regretted It

I am the orphaned child of a War God of the Celestial Realm. The Heavenly Emperor took pity on me and raised me under the Celestial Consort's care, where I grew up alongside his two sons.

They cared for me deeply and protected me at every turn.

When I came of age, I planned to repay their kindness by choosing one of them and marrying him.

But after they went down to the mortal realm for a trial, they returned with a woman.

From then on, their attitude toward me changed completely.

They not only smashed an ancient jade treasure with their own hands, but also burned the silk handkerchief I had given them.

The mortal woman even smashed the seven-colored glazed cup they had given me right in front of me.

They didn't criticize her at all. Instead, they worried that she might cut herself on the shards.

The next day, I went before the Celestial Consort and asked her to find me a match.

Pointing to the portrait of the Water God, I said, "Your Highness, I'll marry him."
