Camus Trilogy: the Outsider

It can be read as a short story. Due to the influence of the author's personal factors and the factors of the times, the main characters are expressed in different opinions by readers. The main theme is a person's ""don't care" reaction after being wrongly judged. It is a kind of "absurdity". I have read other people's comments about it before and it is nihilistic. After reading it, my personal perspective is not. It is an overly rational sense of sobriety, which is not in line with the popular secular view. It is not that the mother was sent to a nursing home because it can give her better economic and mental conditions. She cannot support herself financially, and there are few spiritual common topics. (Basically a phenomenon that exists for both parents and children) There, the mother can find good friends, otherwise she would not want to be discharged from the hospital. This behavior is basically correct. When the lawyer asked him to tell him that he was sad when his mother died, but he insisted not to do it without crying. It is a rational and affectionate behavior to be sent to a nursing home after careful consideration. It has surpassed most people. He also took the initiative to appeal when he felt that he had been wrongly judged and might face serious punishment. However, after failure, he could only tell himself clearly that he had predicted death earlier than others. Rational sobriety, Just like Shen Fu and Yun Niang, the first time I saw it, I didn't feel that he was very in love with Yun Niang, and he was just like completing the basic process of getting married and having children. It was normal for him to find him again after Yun Niang left. Now it seems that he is a human being, and his relationship with Yun Niang involves both love and programming. Will he still have to live after Yun Niang leaves? He has a sense of rationality and open-mindedness in seeing life clearly, which does not conform to the public's fantasy of romantic characters.

This book shows the absurdity of human nature and the cruelty of reality from a unique perspective. Camus' writing is powerful and reminds me of Being and Time. The protagonist's experience made me relate to how sometimes we feel marginalized and misunderstood in life. This book made me rethink the meaning and value of life. I really recommend it!
