Synopsis

"A Dream of Red Mansions", also known as "The Story of the Stone", etc., Is an ancient Chinese chapter-length novel and one of the four classic Chinese classics. The current version has 120 chapters. It is generally believed that the first 80 chapters were written by Cao Xueqin, a writer in the Qing Dynasty, and the last 40 chapters were written by Anonymous, compiled by Cheng Weiyuan and Gao E. The novel takes the rise and fall of the four major families of Jia, Shi, Wang and Xue as the background, takes the wealthy son Jia Baoyu as the perspective, and takes the tragedy of love and marriage between Jia Baoyu, Lin Daiyu and Xue Baochai as the main line. It depicts the various aspects of life of some boudoir beauties, showing the true beauty of human nature and tragedy. This "Dream of Red Mansions" is really wonderful! Just like my aunt, although she looks gentle on the outside, she is actually very strong on the inside. I also like Lin Daiyu in the book.
