The book is pretty good, but the bad thing is my patience. 1. It would be better if it were written in vernacular. 2. It feels like a graduation thesis to me, with various abstracts and citations. It looks so complicated. In conclusion, what does China need to bring to the world? Let me be inspired, the West is the master, the East is the master, the East and the West are combined, the world is invincible. 1. I don't know if it's a class issue or a practical reason. I feel that Eastern culture has not been popularized among us (I don't feel it deeply myself). Let alone spreading it to the world. 2. In today's society, everyone is desperate for money. Isn't it the influence of Western dominant thinking? It feels like it helped me a little, but it's still not enough to clear up my confusion. (The reason why I looked for historical articles in the first place was that I wanted to be able to live in China without confusion, with direction and hope, instead of being a walking dead)
This "General History of China" is really great! Mr. Lu Simian explained complex history in an easy-to-understand manner, making it enjoyable even for a person like me who doesn't know much about history. Moreover, many contents in the book reminded me of the experiences of my relatives and friends, such as the changes in the family, the inheritance of traditional culture, etc., Which made me deeply moved. I especially like the descriptions of historical figures in the book. Their stories make me think more about life. All in all, this is a good book worth reading again and again!
Refined but without losing details, it tells the dynamic changes of the Chinese nation based on history. Thinking about the background of the creation of this book, even if our nation is in dire straits, Yi Ke injects confidence into it, awakens the nation, works hard to defend against enemies, and revitalizes China! !
I finished reading, first I read Fan Wenlan's General History of China, then I read Liu Che in the Western Han Dynasty and then turned to Lu Simian's book. When I read it later, when the powers invaded in the late Qing Dynasty, I saw this treaty and that treaty. I read it while making up for the history at that time. My mood was ups and downs, and I couldn't convince myself to look at history objectively.
The language is concise, half written and half plain, and it is interesting to read! [Praise]
It's a bit difficult to read. Although it's in vernacular, it's mixed with classical Chinese, so you have to read it slowly.
Objective facts, concise writing and educational significance!
👌Super beautiful, recommended book
Thoughts are clear and detailed
When Liu Bang grew up, he did not like to live a life of facing the loess and being turned upside down. He was born with good eloquence and good popularity, and became the local township chief (in today's terms, the village chief of a certain village).
