General History of China (2019)

"General History of China" is an introductory book on Chinese history written by the great historian Lu Simian for ordinary readers. This book is based on the "General History of China by Lu" published by Kaiming Bookstore and is newly annotated. It is divided into four parts: ancient history, medieval history, modern history, and modern history. It also contains a large number of precious historical pictures, with both pictures and texts, allowing readers to be immersed in the book and truly experience the rise, fall and evolution of China's thousands of years of history. Since its publication in 1944, "General History of China" has been reprinted more than 190 times in 75 years and enjoys a high reputation in the field of history. Together with Qian Mu's "National History Outline", it is known as "the two gems of history".
