One Piece: Garp Teaches Me Iron Body from the Start

In the year 1500, Garp was taking Ace to Dadan’s home. While stopping in Foosha Village, he met Wang Yao, who had transmigrated there just a few days earlier. After learning that Wang Yao had no family, Garp took him back to Marine Headquarters. And the very first lesson after arriving at Marine Headquarters was “Iron Body training.” Garp: “Iron Body is the world’s most powerful defensive skill. Back in God Valley, I relied on my Iron Fist and Iron Body...” Sengoku: “What is Iron Body? Even a dog wouldn’t learn it! But Wang Yao learned it, so all I can say is that it’s the strongest defensive skill.” Zephyr: “You should only learn Iron Body at noon, and only use it at noon, because sooner or later something will go wrong... But Wang Yao and Garp are exceptions.” Luffy: “I can break through Lucci’s Iron Body, but all I can do in front of Uncle Wang Yao’s Iron Body is tremble in fear.” Kaido: “I never knew Iron Body could reflect damage. I put all my strength into hitting Wang Yao with a Thunder Bagua, and ended up unable to get out of bed for three days.” Wang Yao: “I’m just a total slacker who trained Iron Body to its absolute limit...”
