One Piece: Ohara's Last Survivors, Overthrowing the World Government

After the Paramount War, Luffy’s rampage through Impel Down set off a chain of events that forced Mero, chief of staff of the Revolutionary Army, and Dragon, its commander, to part ways. The Four Emperors who rule the New World are nothing but a loose alliance. The World Government and the monsters who escaped from Impel Down are the real threats... Shiki: I went in and out of Impel Down twice. I never imagined Ohara would be my final resting place. Zephyr: I’m in my seventies, and I can still take down Red-Haired Shanks one-on-one and beat Dracule Mihawk to a pulp. Who dares stand in my way? Sakazuki: This is hilarious. If you can’t beat them, join them. We Marines are a force that upholds justice. Im: Are the people under me completely useless? Mero is clearly the world’s most dangerous criminal, yet they didn’t eliminate him sooner. Mero: Who says the Revolutionary Army has to be the one to overthrow the World Government? A survivor of Ohara can do it too!
