The Scum Immortal's Essential Guide to Raising Disciples

A sweet, adorable little apprentice and her willful, proud, wealthy master

“Master, I got kidnapped again.”

“Let me flip through the handbook and see if I'm supposed to save you or not.”

Bai Jinli opened the handbook on raising apprentices that she'd picked up. The first rule on the first page said a master should foster their apprentice's independence.

“Master, a demon is trying to eat me!”

“Just try laying a finger on my apprentice.”

Bai Jinli raised one apprentice by the book and two like pigs. She wondered if she should take on another apprentice to see whether pigs were easier to raise.
