I'm in the Ming Dynasty, and I've Become the Auspicious Qilin

During the Yongle reign of the Ming Dynasty, Zheng He was sent overseas to spread the glory of the empire. He brought back a giraffe for the Yongle Emperor Zhu Di, mistakenly believing it to be the auspicious mythical beast qilin.

Su Chen, a graduate student in history in his previous life, somehow transmigrated into the body of that giraffe.

From the start, he was mistaken for a qilin and bound to the Auspicious Beast National Fortune System.

As long as he helped the Ming Dynasty strengthen its national fortune, he could earn evolution points and eventually evolve into a true qilin.

And so began the story of a divine beast leading the Ming Dynasty to greatness.

When the Ming cavalry swept across the globe, Zhu Di couldn't help but marvel:

Under the guidance of our empire's guardian divine beast, our Ming Dynasty stands proudly across the world!

Under the guidance of our empire's guardian divine beast, our Ming Dynasty claims the world's wealth!

Under the guidance of our empire's guardian divine beast, our Ming Dynasty leads the tide of technological progress!

To have gained this divine beast is the greatest blessing for our Ming Dynasty!
