There's No Way My Shelter Should Be This Cute

Lin Mo has turned into a zombie.

While other zombies chase people down to gnaw on them, he leads a group of self-aware fellow zombies in opening a zombie-friendly shelter in an abandoned factory. He appoints himself CEO and HR manager, with one guiding principle: "Still have a dream? Come work for me."

A Michelin three-star chef becomes culinary director, a personal trainer pedals a generator, a square-dance leader choreographs zombie calisthenics, and a computer nerd rigs up surveillance cameras with scrap parts, then hacks the research department's drones on the side.

Every one of them is talented and pleasant to talk to. It's just that they all have grayish-blue faces, need three layers of foundation before going out, and lose their color in the rain.

Su Yue, the Thunder Goddess of the human base, has spent an entire year searching for her missing boyfriend.

She doesn't know that he's the zombie king who bundles himself up from head to toe and runs whenever he sees her. She also doesn't know that the outpost in the western suburbs, which she's inspected again and again, is full of zombies, and that the disfigured mute in charge is the very person she's thought about countless times.

Lin Mo: Keep a low profile. I'm just here to work.

There's just one problem that has him stumped: his ex-girlfriend Zhou Zhou has shown up with supplies and specifically asked to speak with him alone.

Should he show her his face or not?
