The Wind Answered for Them

In the seventh year after the cataclysm, a six-person team headed north in search of supplies. Lu Ye, whose heart was dark and who saw no future, was dragged into the group by five people desperate to stay alive.

Together, they crossed ruins, bitter cold, and marauders, only to die one by one in the places closest to hope.

Six set out, but only one returned. Six graves, one survivor. The one who lived was the one who suffered the most.
