Pokemon: Victini from the Start, Not a Fire-Type Trainer

Deep in Yanshan, an Arcanine growls on guard while a quasi-legendary Volcarona keeps its eyes fixed on the Pokémon Egg in Fang Yan's arms.

His family has dominated the Fire type for generations. His grandfather is an Elite Four-level trainer, his father is an investigator, his first partner is a Growlithe, the Torchic he picked up on the road is Fire-type, and even the Pokémon Egg his mother casually handed him is Fire-type. After getting three Fire-type Pokemon in a row, even the System in his mind has locked onto the Pokemon: Omega Ruby version. What kind of start is this? It's clearly a Fire-type template forced on him.

But Fang Yan looks at the mysterious Pokémon Egg in the System's storage space, the one that came with him when he transmigrated, and the corners of his mouth slowly lift. The egg clearly holds the aura of Victini. Who says someone from a family of Fire-type trainers has to become a Fire-type trainer?

The Legendary Pokémon Eggs in the System shop, the Starter Pokémon options in the virtual world, and those eyes that can see through potential: this life is destined to be different from the old path laid out for him. So what if Ji Xiyao has a Suicune? Sooner or later, she'll encounter the Pokemon that truly sets the world alight.
