Ark: Portable Dimension, Escaping the Loken Laboratory

Mona transmigrated to Terra and was captured by the Loken Laboratories for six months. They cut off her tail, implanted a casting unit, and injected her with drugs to keep her conscious. When the laboratory exploded, Rosmontis lost control. Mona used her spatial powers to smash through a load-bearing wall and collided head-on with Kal'tsit and Mon3tr. As the beast's blade pierced her chest, she summoned all her strength to shout, "Let her go!"

When she woke again, the harsh fluorescent lights of Rhodes Island stung her eyes. Kal'tsit handed her a contract with a cold expression, and Mona signed it at once. Rosmontis hugged her notebook and asked, "Do we know each other?" Mona smiled and shook her head. "My name is Mona. Nice to meet you."

That month, she went on five missions and came back seriously injured every time, nearly claiming every bed in the medical department. When Suzuran came to visit with a fox carrot, Kal'tsit blocked the doorway with a grim expression. "Sneak out again and I'll have Mon3tr carry you back in its mouth." Mona ducked under the covers and mumbled, "Could it bring back some snacks while it's at it?"

A System notification popped up: Personal space upgrade in progress. Item storage function unlocked. She stared at the ceiling and plotted. Once she healed, the first thing she'd do was move the entire medical department into her space.
