Pokemon: Mastering Order, with No Limit to Base Stats

Yu Tu transmigrates two thousand years into the Pokémon Era. Penniless and of mediocre talent, he starts with nothing but a pair of eyes that can see every bit of data about Pokémon. He spends all his savings and finds a Psyduck with five-star potential among a pile of discarded eggs. Everyone thinks he struck lucky, but none of them know that his real cheat has only just begun.

The Pokémon world is governed by strict hierarchies. Potential determines one's limits, and base stats lock in the future. But Yu Tu soon discovers that as long as the Pokémon he raises keeps battling and breaking through, it can smash through the ceiling imposed by its base stats and grow without limit! While other people's Psyduck are stuck at the Elite Four level for their entire lives, his Psyduck keeps surging upward. Its Water Gun blasts through mountain walls, its psychic power tears open space, and even a Champion-level Swampert gets knocked flying with a flick of its tail!

From a rookie in the Cloudmist Forest to a wielder of order who faces legendary Pokémon head-on, Yu Tu's rise shakes the entire Pokémon League. The Death Demon Corps, the Ancient Secret Cult, and even the legendary Pokémon lurking in the shadows all turn their attention to this boy who should not exist. While the whole world follows the rules, he does just one thing: rewrite them with his own hands.
