Warhammer: Reincarnated as a Female Malcador, I Protect the Twenty Primarchs

After transmigrating into Warhammer 30K, Malcador changes sex and becomes the Sigillite: the second most powerful Psyker in all humanity, Chancellor of the Imperium, and surrogate mom to twenty Primarchs.

Three minutes from the start, the Emperor blocks her doorway. Five minutes later, she's trading trash talk with the Four Ruinous Powers in the Warp. Ten minutes after that, she's hacking away with a Chainsword. When Erda tries to tear open the Warp and steal the Primarchs, Malcador smashes her Chaos shield with one swing, then hurls a psychic shock wave that blows a Greater Daemon of Tzeentch to pieces.

Standing before the Primarch gestation tanks, she points a finger at the Emperor's nose. "Half your sons are going to rebel one day. If you want me to be their nanny, then we're doing it my way." The Emperor falls silent for three seconds. "Agreed." From then on, she teaches warfare with one hand and writes parenting manuals with the other. Horus studies the art of statecraft, Guilliman memorizes management lessons, Sanguinius practices martial arts, and she even uses her psychic powers to suppress the side effects of Angron's Butcher's Nails.

While the Adeptus Astartes are still training their physical fitness, all twenty Primarchs are already sitting in a row waiting for her to check their homework. The Four Ruinous Powers are so furious in the Warp that they smash the walls. "That female Malcador is even more annoying than the Emperor!"
