Three Kingdoms: I Am Liu Bian, and I Execute Liu Xie and Seize the Palace from the Start!

He transmigrated into Liu Bian, the young Emperor of Han, and found himself in hell from the start. His father, Emperor Liu Hong, favored Liu Xie. The court saw him as a good-for-nothing, and Empress He had no hope for him either. When Liu Hong publicly humiliated him at court, calling him "frivolous and lacking dignity," Liu Bian bowed his head and knelt, a cold smile at the corner of his mouth. He had been pretending for twelve years, acting weak and useless until even Liu Hong believed he was completely worthless.

That afternoon, he invited six-year-old Liu Xie to "practice archery." One arrow pierced his throat, and with a swift stroke of his sword, Liu Bian cut off his head. Carrying the bloody head, he kicked open the doors of Qingliang Hall. Liu Hong was lounging with a palace maid to escape the summer heat. He looked up, saw his youngest son's head spinning in the pool, and collapsed on the spot.

"Father, will you hand over the imperial seal and military tally or not?" Liu Hong roared, "You unfilial son, you dare to murder the emperor?!" Liu Bian approached with his sword drawn. "I won't kill you. But have you heard how Duke Huan of Qi was starved to death?"

With the imperial edict in hand and the military tally secured, he had the Northern Army's Five Battalions under his command. That night, Zhang Rang and the other Ten Attendants killed seven of their own as a show of loyalty. Liu Bian flipped through the memorials and told Gao Wang, "Summon Cao Cao, Liu Bei, Sun Jian, Lu Bu, Jia Xu... Ten people. I want to see them standing before me within three days."
