Heavy Industry: I Can Turn Malfunctions into Blueprints

The day he is laid off, equipment engineer Shen Zheng encounters a shutdown on an imported continuous-casting line at a steel mill. The overseas supplier demands tens of millions to replace the equipment, and the factory is losing money every minute. But Shen can see the equipment's complete fault tree: identify the real problem and repair it, and he can turn the defect into plans for a more powerful domestic upgrade. From a coupling written off as scrap to bearings, machine tools, power systems, and an entire intelligent production line, while others exploit export restrictions to drive up prices, he uses one practical blueprint after another to turn an old factory on the verge of shutting down into a heavy-industry base.
