Marvel: I Awakened Omega Powers and Faced Off Against S.H.I.E.L.D.

After transmigrating into a Marvel slum, twelve-year-old Xu Mo lived with his grandmother. One night, some thugs broke in to rob them. He knocked three grown men down with a stick, then walked alone to a landmark and casually made a wish: “Wouldn't it be great if a shooting star came crashing down?”

The next second, one really did. The meteor struck right above him, blasting a crater in the middle of the street. He woke up in a top-tier hospital room, where Professor X appeared in his wheelchair. “You're an Omega-Level Mutant. You summoned that shooting star.”

That night, a Symbiote went on a rampage, possessing a nurse and storming into his room. Xu Mo crushed its wrist with his bare hand, and the power of the star core fully awakened. The Symbiote reformed and regenerated. Xu Mo raised his hand again, and a second meteor pierced seven floors and pinned the monster into the foundations. Charles arrived with Jean to claim him, with S.H.I.E.L.D. close behind, ready for a standoff.

Jean carried Xu Mo onto the plane in her arms, and they landed at Xavier's School. Charles smiled like a cunning old fox. “You need somewhere that can protect your grandmother.” Xu Mo glanced back at the sky.

“I'll stay, but I'll decide where the shooting stars fall.”
