One Piece: My Medical Skills Leave Scars, and I Steal Every Devil Fruit Power

After transmigrating into the world of One Piece, Weil is hunted from the start by three Devil Fruit Users, with only a gravely wounded Chopper at his side. The System has arrived: a miracle doctor with a deep-seated fear-inducing treatment system. If a patient develops a psychological trauma during treatment, he can randomly draw one of their abilities. Weil grabs a level 99 antidote and hurls it at his pursuers. All three Devil Fruits lose their powers on the spot, and the men are so terrified their legs go weak.

Chopper is gravely injured, his life hanging by a thread. Weil sticks an enormous special-effects medicine shot into the reindeer's backside, and Chopper comes back at full health, crying as he begs to be his apprentice: "Big Brother Weil, I want to learn medicine from you!" Weil pats the reindeer's head. "First, train your eyesight. Keep your eyes on that cliff over there. The target will show up any second."

Luffy climbs up the cliff carrying Nami, who has a fever, while Sanji, who is injured, clenches his teeth and follows. Weil approaches with a battered medical kit. Nami, barely conscious, sees him lick a bloodstained scalpel and is instantly traumatized. The System announces: Draw successful. Acquired expert navigation. Weil turns and grins at the Straw Hat Pirates. "It's just a fever. You'll be fine once I treat you, and then you can leave, provided you're brave enough to let me treat you."
