Anime Crossover: Imprisoned from the Start, Then Fought Over by Yandere Girls

After transmigrating as Kyosuke Kosaka, he is knocked out from the start by a cup of tea served by his girlfriend, Yuno Gasai. When he opens his eyes again, his hands and feet are bound, his mouth is gagged, and he is curled up in a hidden compartment deep inside a closet. He is hooked up to glucose and urinary catheters, and muscle relaxants have robbed him of even the strength to chew.

Yuno opens the closet door punctually every day, chews up his food and feeds him mouth to mouth, changes his clothes with her own hands, and even controls his breathing. She whispers in his ear, "If you try to escape, darling, I'll turn you into a collectible that can only blink."

At last, he seizes a chance to smash open the closet door and flee that nightmarish bedroom, only to discover that the outside world is even crazier. Ichigo Kurosaki squats on the windowsill with his Zanpakuto, Shiki Ryougi leans against a corner with a dagger in hand, and Yuno stands at the front. The three of them are fighting tooth and nail over who gets to deal with him first.

Kyosuke Kosaka slumps onto the living room floor and stares at the crack in the ceiling. He mutters, "Can someone tell me, in this crossover world, how many more yanderes are lining up to get me?"
