Rundown of Ten Emperors: Starting by Revealing the Fate of Future Generations

A single video blows across all the worlds. Qin Yu casually edits a "Top Ten Emperors of the Ages" video, and the sky screen lights up from the Qin Dynasty to the Qing. Emperors of every era are forced to watch how later generations judge them.

Yongzheng ranks tenth. In the video, he swallows an elixir, doubles over in pain, and collapses. The caption reads, "Died of poisoning." Qianlong is so furious he smashes his teacup. A grape gets stuck in Kangxi's throat, and the elixir in Zhao Ji's hand hangs by his lips as he no longer dares swallow it. Emperors of every dynasty look at the "immortality elixirs" on their tables and collectively lose it. The chickens and ducks in the imperial gardens suffer that very night.

Ying Zheng stares at a rooster that has just died after taking an elixir, his face turning livid. "This Mr. Qin must know where the real elixir of immortality is." Liu Bang wonders what reward he could get for making the list. Zhu Yunwen agonizes over whether to send the Prince of Yan early to wipe out that Aisin Gioro tribe.

Watching the tips roll in on his creator dashboard, Qin Yu silently opens his video editor. He's already thought of the next title: Top Ten Rulers Who Lost Their Kingdoms. Emperor Huizong of Song, Cixi, Chongzhen, which of you wants to go first?
