Videos Connect the Past and Present, as Emperors of Every Dynasty Watch Famous Battles!

A single war-edit video blows up across the Myriad Worlds. Su Chen edits "The Ten Most Absurd Battles in History" into a countdown and posts it on the Myriad Worlds History Platform. Then the sky screen cracks open: emperors from every dynasty look up at the same image.

The Battle of Mount Junji opens the countdown at number ten. Li Ling leads five thousand infantry deep into the northern desert and is surrounded by thirty thousand Xiongnu cavalry. Yet with shields and halberds in the front ranks and crossbows in the rear, his troops pursue the barbarian horsemen and hack off two thousand heads. Qin Shi Huang slaps the table in amazement. "I built the Great Wall and still thought it wasn't enough, yet this junior from a later age dares to use infantry against cavalry! Li Xin, is he your grandson? Learn from him!" Han Wudi's face turns ashen as he stares at Li Ling being surrounded on screen. "It was this very battle that nearly made me erase the entire Li family from the records." Liu Bang munches on sunflower seeds and enjoys the show, while Zhu Yuanzhang gives his sons a live lesson. Only Emperor Huizong of Song remains clueless, dreaming that he might make the list too as he reads false battle reports from the Jin Kingdom.

Then, at the end of the video, a line of text appears: Anyone who makes the list will receive a reward from the Myriad Worlds. Ying Zheng jumps to his feet. "Find out what other absurd battles I've never fought!"
