Naruto: A New Passive Skill Every Month, Leaving Madara Stunned

After transmigrating into the world of Naruto, Li Che also gets a new passive skill every month. This month, he rolls King of Slacking: MAX talent, MAX memory, and MAX learning ability. There's just one catch: it only activates while he's slacking off.

On the first day of school, the Third Hokage lectures them on the Will of Fire, and Li Che also zones out. When called on, he opens his mouth and gives a perfect answer. Torii Shuzo throws chalk at him, but Li Che catches every piece with his eyes closed, then shows off his pinpoint throwing accuracy.

Kakashi wants to spar, but Li Che immediately gives up. "If a genius loses, does he still count as a genius? As long as I don't accept a challenge, I'll never lose." Then he heads to the training ground to sleep all afternoon. When he wakes up, he's mastered everyone's taijutsu, hand seals, and throwing techniques.

He listens to class while drawing, going from stick figures to lifelike portraits in just four sheets of paper. Kakashi is speechless on the spot, while Obito gets so mad he puts in eye drops.

While everyone else is struggling to mold chakra, Li Che is already leaning against a tree and wondering: What will I roll next month?

"I admit I'm a genius, but I choose to slack off."
