Bleach: Yoriichi Arrives, Crushing Every Captain

Yoriichi Tsugikuni, the strongest swordsman in the world, died of old age three hundred years ago. He thought he would fall into hell after death, but when he opened his eyes, he had arrived in the Soul Society. Here, the Shinigami enjoyed long lives, and the marks on his forehead, his gift for the Transparent World, and his Sun Breathing swordsmanship had never faded.

His spiritual pressure ranked at the third level, yet his entrance exam immediately caught the attention of Captain-Commander Yamamoto. During a swordsmanship match, even Genryūsai couldn't help praising him: "Now that was satisfying." Just after graduating, he was exceptionally promoted to third seat of the Tenth Division. When his spiritual pressure erupted, half of the Seireitei trembled. The former third seat refused to accept it? Yoriichi subdued him with a single stroke, leaving him no chance to fight back.

While others were still striving to master their initial release, he had already cut down a Gillian with a wooden sword. While the captains fought over power, all he wanted was to find his reincarnated wife. But fate wouldn't let him stay out of the limelight: Aizen watched from the shadows, Gin Ichimaru hid a blade behind his smile, and Yoriichi's gaze had already passed beyond the Seireitei, fixed on the Demon King he had failed to kill three hundred years ago.

If he ever stood before Muzan again, divine retribution would descend. And in the world of the Shinigami, every captain would come to understand what it meant to "stand in the heavens."
