Genshin Impact: From the Start, One Hilichurl, Evolution Through Slaughter

After waking up, I, Li Qiu, had become the weakest monster on Teyvat: a Torch Hilichurl.

Looking at the pitiful stats on my System panel and the survival countdown warning that adventurers could casually wipe me out at any moment, I was furious!

Fortunately, the Hilichurl King Evolution System awakened just in time! I could evolve by killing monsters and grow stronger by conquering them!

From using traps to turn the tables on rookie adventurers, to commanding a massive Hilichurl army and using the wind to fan the flames to crush a squad of Knights of Favonius;

From uniting the three tribes of Dadaupa Gorge, to competing with the Abyss Order for the truth behind the curse...

I led the Blazing Tribe, using human ingenuity and Hilichurl ferocity to stage a legendary comeback on this continent.

Acting Grand Master Jean saw me as a grave threat. Mona's divinations shone with my image, and Dainsleif warned me: "Do you want to repeat Khaenri'ah's mistake?"

I raised my blazing great axe, my gaze piercing the starry sky beneath my mask:

"Who says Hilichurls are destined to be cannon fodder? Today, I will break the curse and become the new king who ascends to the divine throne!"
