Building Up Konoha, Leaving the Four Emperors Stunned

After transmigrating to the Naruto world, Uchiha Cheng becomes a marginal member of the Uchiha Clan, with such weak chakra that he can barely manage a shadowy afterimage with the Clone Technique. To make matters worse, he gets bound to the One Piece Infrastructure-Building System and saddled with a massive debt of one hundred million ryo from the start. His task is to build a modern Konoha that surpasses Water 7. Faced with a hellish start, Uchiha Cheng gives up the ninja path and decides to change his fate with business savvy and the System's high-tech inventions. He uses modern business knowledge to talk his classmates into things, and a specialized version of Observation Haki to spot business opportunities. He starts by improving ninja tool shops, then develops chakra dog biscuits, clears clogged sewers, and even takes on the Hokage Rock construction project. He makes Naruto a product spokesperson, gets Kakashi to write a review, and even expands his business to Sunagakure. Watch as he uses the power of capital to move the entire Shinobi World and spark a revolution in infrastructure and commerce in Konoha. From a debt-ridden good-for-nothing, he steadily rises to become Konoha's richest man, astonishing even the Four Emperors!
