One Piece: Saiyan Bloodline from the Start

After transmigrating into the world of One Piece, Carl awakens Saiyan blood, but from the start all he has is an itchy tail and a slightly bigger appetite. When thugs provoke him in Foosha Village, he outsmarts a powerful foe with the bizarre trick of "flicking beans at his forehead," and unexpectedly catches Luffy's eye, earning an invitation to set sail. In a life-or-death crisis, his Saiyan blood awakens for the first time, unlocking a faint ability to dodge and recover stamina. He even uses his elusive tail to thwart a sneak attack with a poisoned dagger.

After reaching Shells Town with Luffy, he verbally tears into Helmeppo. At a crucial moment, his tail precisely disrupts Morgan's deadly axe swing, helping Zoro escape and join the crew. During a storm, they run into Nami. Then, when they face the Buggy Pirates, Carl uses his tail to turn the tables with minimal effort, batting a comical cannonball right back and capsizing their ship.

There is no world-shattering power from the start, just everyday adventures as Carl relies on his wits and gradually awakening Saiyan abilities to make his way in the world. With his miraculous tail, he follows the future Pirate King and begins a hilarious, fiery adventure across the seas.
