I Asked You to Watch the Kid, Not Have Him Cover You!

Wu Liang, a transmigrator who lies flat, marries his celebrity boss, Yang Mi. His days at home raising the kids and keeping his wife company are a ridiculous, hilarious mess.

Yuanbao: Dad, I want to read a book.

Wu Liang: What the heck are you reading in the middle of the night? Who keeps books under their pillow? Get over here and revive me!

Yuanbao: Then I want to do my homework.

Wu Liang: I already did it for you. Oh crap, there's a camper! Son, save me!

Yuanbao: Dad, I got a 98! Hurry up and praise me!

Wu Liang: You can't even get 100 when you're beating people up. What good is a 98?

Wu Liang: You can barely manage a 0-5 in a game. Someone like you has no chance of getting into Peking University. You'll have to go to A University with your dad!

After watching Ne Zha...

Yuanbao: This is my childhood! My fate is mine to decide, not heaven's! I don't want to play video games!

Wu Liang: What did I have you for, then? What do you mean, your childhood? Your childhood is playing games with your dad and keeping him happy!

Dad's bad at games, so Dad's right. If you're bad, you get a beating!

Having just been beaten up by both parents, Yuanbao was feeling very wronged.

When I'm older, I'll pull out both your oxygen tubes. I'll bury one of you in the Arctic and the other in the Antarctic!
