Four Days On, Three Days Off: My Employees Fear the Company Going Bankrupt More Than I Do

To compare the differences between big and small companies, a nationwide livestream puts workplace attitudes under the spotlight.

Each episode, the program invites a large company, a medium-sized company, and a startup to take part in a livestream.

They film covertly throughout, aiming to compare employees' attitudes at companies of different sizes, along with their initiative and professionalism at work.

The VCR shows the elite employees of the big company in all their glory.

At Jiang Fan's studio, the employees look lazy, and they only work four days a week.

Everyone assumes Jiang Fan is bound to lose, but when the livestream begins, they're all stunned.

The so-called "elite employees" at the big company are constantly slacking off in secret, visiting the bathroom more than a dozen times a day, and even privately badmouthing their boss. They're nothing like the people groveling in the VCR.

But Jiang Fan's employees... after work, they actually sneak back in of their own accord, stealing the key so they can work overtime. They don't even dare turn on the lights, in case someone notices.

"We can't turn the lights on! The boss will get mad if he finds out!"

"If we don't take the initiative and work overtime, what if this amazing company goes bankrupt? No way! We're working all night!"
