I'm a Veterinarian, and I Sell Burial Shrouds Too

So young, and bankrupt overnight.

Life is tough, so I make a living performing wherever I can.

I was once a carefree young Daoist from the mountains.

Now I treat livestock and collect corpses, with no end to the work in sight.

I have no desire to meddle in the mundane world or its players and their bright lights.

I only wish for good fortune and a steady flow of money.

First, when ghosts and monsters see me, they need only bow their heads and kowtow.

Second, I spy on Japanese invaders plotting to conquer the country and secretly worshipping evil Buddhas, hoping our land will once more see the rich feast while the poor freeze.

Third, I turn the tide in great disasters and epidemics. I bear the backlash of countless lives on my shoulders.

My fame spreads in every direction, and scholars from every school come to visit.
