NBA: I've Got Threes but No D, and I Can't Even Dribble

Lin Fei transmigrates back to the NBA in 2004, becoming a non-guaranteed minimum-salary player on the peak Minnesota Timberwolves.

From the start, it's Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals. The Timberwolves are down 1-3 to the Los Angeles Lakers and their F4, with their backs against the wall.

Lin Fei awakens the NBA Free Attribute System, which lets him freely allocate all his individual basketball attributes.

Take some from ball handling, add some from dribbling, and throw in assists too, damn it...

After the "Alien" Sam Cassell gets injured, the Timberwolves are short on guards, and Lin Fei finally gets some playing time in the fourth quarter.

Timberwolves head coach Flip Saunders only wants the Chinese kid to play for one minute as a token gesture.

But...

Lin Fei sinks three three-pointers in a single minute, draining one right in Kobe's face and forcing the Purple and Gold to call a timeout. Target Center erupts with cheers.

The Big Ticket: "Lin, would you damn well play some defense?"

Lin Fei: "Kevin, I'm no good at defense. Hurry up and cover for me!"

The Big Ticket, the head coach, and the other teammates: "..."
